I didn't let the snow stop me from going on a shopping spree for myself. I got lots of pretty new clothes and then came home and played in the snow with my little one.

Dinner is almost done, just need to add the chunks of ham and simmer a bit longer before I eat.

Just some grocery shopping (was away for Xmas). Had to laugh - like most of the US - it's gonna get real cold in a day or so down here in TX (only for 2 days) & some folks were shopping like the apocalypse was on the way.

I accomplished choosing an outfit for tonight. And I watched way too many episodes of some 2000s history program on the National Geographic channel when I should have been doing laundry and tidying.

Oh well.
