Well you are obviously wrong which is why Republicans are attempting - and most likely will be successful - at de-funding Planned Parenthood. People voted based upon their morality, and now that morality is being imposed upon PP via our democratic process... the majority in congress being the GOP.

That's the basic line. It's all about who is voted in office. Just as you feel strongly that you are right, there are people with the opposite opinion who feel as strongly as you.

"Society" is made up of humans with differing opinions, it is not a monolith. And a huge chuck of those humans are women who are staunchly against abortion, just as staunchly as you are for it. It's their morals against yours, to the victor goes the spoils.

If you do not like what is happening politically now I suggest you work hard when it comes time for midterm elections. Give money. Canvass. Volunteer in all the ways you can. Lit posts don't change policy.

I can get called all kinds of names by these butt hurt right wing men but it doesn't really faze me because I expect it from them, they are like cornered animals.

I think many women across the country are fed up with these right wing men who make up most Congress dictating what we should do with our reproductive system. We need to spam them with phone calls and mail, show our disapproval.
