I definitely qualify - 52 and will be working for 8 -10 years anyway.

Some days I feel old - as in I have seen a lot of things change and a lot of history made... but most of the time, I still feel 30 something.

I am routinely astounded at basic cultural knowledge that people seem to be missing.

I am grateful for so many things... more than I can count so I promise to not be a complainer. At least not much.

I use cinnamon essential oil. Take internally 4 times a day, 2 drops. Also have cinnamon in a blend i rub on feet at night. So will see how that helps me. I also diffuse it sometimes during the day. :kiss:

I tried cinnamon that way but the only way it really works is internally. Nothing happened to my a1c until I did the capsules and then it hit fast.

I do take internally, just not in a capsule. A few drops in water in a shot glass.
