I'm sure this question has been asked many times, but I struggle with RP.

It would be good to hear from experience RPers as to what that think makes a good Role Play partner

A good imagination. They should also have a character that can complement your skill set. Two fighters are great and all if you encounter nothing that uses ranged magic attacks but you'd be much better off including a mage in your party. I'm also not fond of letting other people borrow my dice so make sure they have their own.

You win.

Someone that has as much energy, drive, creativity and interest as you do.

Best of luck.

I was gonna say, find a good DM and don't rely too much on stats. I can see we have a difference in philosophy here.

Be warm and support of the others in your RP group. Read each post carefully and consider each word and how those words stack up to make the most perfectest of RP stories.

I should let the dog out.

I feel like there's no need for more comments in this thread now, except for the comments pointing out how unnecessary all other comments are.

Did Gimpy really need to make an alt to ask this??

Not too many people know themselves.....get to know what YOU are capable of.
RP always reminds me of naff marketing sessions at work ..
