Come on now that was a great speech

I see insults are the preferred means of responding to a post when you can't refute it.

By no means am I crying as VatAss suggested nor am I in any way butt hurt.

The only reason people think it was a great speech was because until now rump has bloviated like a buffoon.

However, he lied or exaggerated repeatedly during it so how can it be a great speech. If you're just going by sheer rhetoric and not factual content, it was probably somewhere around average at best.

Just having a little fun with a snowflake. Nothing personal. I did extend my heartfelt condolences as a token of my sympathy.:D

You are crying like a little bitch and making shit up. What exactly is there to argue with.

Pointing and laughing is the best and only response for a delusional little bitch.

< points and laughs>

KO posted pages of corrections to Trump's lies and exaggerations. You know, like the 94 million unemployed when the number is somewhere around 7 million.

Point and laugh all you want. You're the one who looks like an idiot.

NO!! That's what YOU are discussing. I'm trying, despite your dedicated recalcitrance, to discuss BOTH under the SAME LEGAL AUTHORITY THAT GOVERNS BOTH!!

You won't do that. You'll only distort the reasonable reach and application of the LAW as an arguable exercise of public policy APART FROM the law itself.

That is all that is relevant here.

No need to apologize.

But just out of curiosity, why can't you admit that Trump lied and exaggerated in his speech?

The leftists in attendance couldn't even applaud when Trump talked about entrepreneurship for women. Their partisanship has no limits. The country wants unity, but that word doesn't exist in The Democrat vocabulary. ...

LOL! Welcome back to Earth from your eight year trip.

The application of the LAW as an arguable exercise of public policy IS NEVER DIVORCED FROM or adjudicated with disregard FOR the letter of the law itself.

Any lawyer seriously holding such beliefs should be disbarred.

This demand will soon be two hours old. I make it yet again.

And while you persist in explaining why enforcement of the law is unwise despite the government's unquestioned right to do so, you will NOT even approach an argument justifying an alien's violation of the law to begin with.

Why is that?

What is unwise, unconscionably burdensome, unfair, immoral, discriminatory or egregious about the many different ways we have for aliens to enter this country LEGALLY on a temporary or permanent basis that EVER REASONABLY COMPEL THEM TO VIOLATE our immigration laws?

Make. That. Argument.

Of course it is so divorced, always. Every cop knows there are times when it's better to let you off with a warning. Every prosecutor knows some cases are not worth bothering with. The letter of the law has no bearing whatsoever on those discretionary decisions.

See when a dishonest little snow flake can not admit there is indeed 93 mill not in the work force there is no point arguing with him. That person is either too stupid or too much of a liar to bother with. Now if you want to argue 10 million of that number is 16-24 or that 38 million are over 65 that would be cool. But it still does not change the fact the 93 are out of the workforce or that Trump did not lie.

So instead I will look at your dishonest ramblings and laugh at your tears.

Totally. We need to get all those disabled veterans back on their feet and in the trenches again. No slackers in a Great America.

BULLSHIT!!!

And this is precisely why your ignorant ass should be disbarred! In your specific example, BOTH the cop and prosecutor are fully cognizant of "the letter of the law" and that LAW ABSOLUTELY HAS "BEARING" DESPITE THE FACT THAT THEIR DISCRETIONARY AUTHORITY RENDERS IT NON-CONTROLLING IN A SPECIFIC INSTANCE.

WITHOUT the literal language of the law, there would be no basis FOR "discretion." Cops, prosecutors and judges would just be making shit up as they go along.

I know that's how YOU think society should function based on your myopic desire for "acceptable" outcomes, but most officers of the court ENFORCE the law as written and mitigate the harm of violation at the imposition of sentencing upon conviction.

But, again, discretionary enforcement or failure to prosecute is NEVER DIVORCED FROM OR IN DISREGARD FOR THE LETTER OF THE LAW -- not at least by anyone who truly RESPECTS the law.

EASILY done so, however, by pricks like you.

What the law says has no bearing on a cop's discretionary decision to disregard it in this instance. He will not decide to bust you or not based on whether the law's language is plain or ambiguous or arguably inapplicable in this case. He will decide it based on whether it's a law against murder or jaywalking, but that's a different matter.

And less use of the character-size function, please. It's in poor taste.

Because I only saw the highlights on the news and what I happened to hear moving in and out of the room. I have admitted in the past that Trump lied when he said that Apple will build Iphones in America, impossible if Apple wants to maintain market share. We all know lies are told in campaigns. We know Obama spent 8 years lying to the American people on a regular basis, and not being here during that time, I will be happy to trust your word that you attacked his credibility on a regular basis with the same vigor. My experience listening to Trump is, pay more attention to what he actually does, not so much what he says.

About 14 million receive SS disability. The number of military members in that pool are minuscule. The number that represent pure fraud is debatable. I've send numbers from 20% to 40%.

The number of veterans severely disabled still in the workforce dwarfs the civilian numbers.

I am on a leadership committee for wounded warriors. This is my passion.

You have no fucking clue what you are talking about. Much like queen and Zip.

But nice work not admitting the 93 number is indeed a fact snow flake!!!

So you know the numbers much better than I do. Then you can surely tell us how many Americans are unemployed and looking for work. More or less than eight million?

You've seen numbers? Is that some type of evidence I'm not aware of?

It is not something that can be proven absolute but yes there are published report with estimates as high as 40%.

SS advocacy has become a billion dollar industry and whenever lawyers are involved fraud is not far away....

They stood for the tribute to the wife of the dead Navy SEAL. Even the Communist Van Jones understood:

"One of the most extraordinary moments you have ever seen in American politics, period"

Thank you for pointing this out. Obviously, some people will only read what propaganda is put before them on their choice of media. There is video showing members of both parties standing.

Immature brats still having their temper tantrum.

And while the Democrats may have voiced their displeasure by not clapping and wearing white, none of them made quite the fools of themselves like Rep. Joe Wilson did in 2009 when he screamed like a toddler not getting his way, "You lie!"

But I imagine in your eyes his behavior was acceptable since it's all "your side v. my side." Both sides have a history of booing and showing forms of protest.

Would that somehow change that 93 million are not employed and Trump did not lie?

So in your view, unemployment is a problem because the President of the United States says that it is.

And the same applies to immigration.

How did you feel about climate change when Obama was President? I think I know the answer.

Way to project and avoid the truth.

You get the spidey reward of the day!!!
