Most ignore the military is a lethal line of work, but members have some influence on how they work. You can be a clerk or a warrior. I was a mechanic with intermittent combat tasks, like when vehicles broke down at night, far from our base. I took my tool bag and fixed them with a flashlite stuck in my mouth. During attacks I went to our perimeter to reinforce our security teams. I was shotgun on some convoys to Cam Ranh Bay....40 miles from our base. I got hurt working with our civil engineers, so shit happens everywhere.

After that it will create only 35 permanent jobs as the pipeline goes into operation.

President Trump’s directive is a little more complicated than he says here. Trump directed Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross to develop a plan for ensuring that new pipelines are made from products manufactured in the United States. Trump gave the secretary six months to create that plan, so right now there is no requirement in place.
