This is bigger than just Flynn.
Did he get sworn in after the DOJ formally notified the WH counsel that he was a blackmail risk? And they let him be sworn in anyway?
The biggie: Did he act at the direction of the President?
=================
2/26/2017: Now even Representative Jason Chaffetz, Republican of Utah and chairman of the House oversight committee, is saying loud and clear that Flynn was engaged in criminal activity.
“As a former military officer, you simply cannot take money from Russia, Turkey or anybody else,” Mr. Chaffetz said. “And it appears as if he did take that money. It was inappropriate, and there are repercussions for a violation of law.”
NYT
=======================
12/1/2017: "The (Presidential Transition Team) official and Flynn discussed that the members of the Presidential Transition Team at Mar-a-Lago did not want Russia to escalate the situation," the documents state. "Immediately after his phone call with the (Presidential Transition Team) official, Flynn called the Russian ambassador and requested that Russia not escalate the situation and only respond to the U.S. sanctions in a reciprocal manner."
So there you have a senior transition official, with the communication coming out of Mar-a-Lago, directing Flynn's actions. Did he act at the direction of the President?
