I finally saw Finding Dory. I didn't like it as much as the original, but it was cute.

Taking down the tree, cleaning up and putting ornaments away is harder than setting thing up in the first place. Par for the course.

Indeed. Besides, it is a depressing chore. I like setting up the tree, seeing the lights, unpacking the ornaments that you only see once a year.
Putting it all away, there is no joy but the fact that it is done.

I've gotten out of the habit of watching films past the credits so I've probably missed a few other easter eggs over the years. I can't remember if the reference requires you to watch Finding Nemo to the very very end.

buttery

They let that part of the cat out of the bag, before the episode aired.

*throws hands up, shakes head. *

Way to remove the suspense, preview!

Oh! That was great. And I do so love that seal with the unibrow.

don't know what they let out the bag, but there's more to it than leaked, i'm betting. my jaw dropped.

time for bed - spent most my birthday getting paperwork straight ready for tuesday's embassy appointment and checking alternate routes into work tomorrow because of the train strike

you'll absolfreakinutely love this episode. i cried, twice! laughed, raised my brows on more than one occasion, and then had to pick my jaw off the damned floor.

The thing I appreciate most about Pixar's storytelling method is their detail to attention
