That only lasted a week though. It was Christmas after all.

On the FB - two friends are constantly posting bible memes. She has been married three times; the latest for just two months! Filed for divorce on 12/28 and on 1/1 made the public "in a relationship" post with the other friend. All this nonsense about god and the baby jesus and going to church every Sunday and reposting cow turds from Joel Osteen - never realizing that she's an adultress. Turns my stomach.

Tie em to the stake!

And all their thumper friends are congratulating them!

Oy!

He'll save you, Savage!

I need a life change. I was excited about pie for breakfast. /loser

Apple pie and black coffee for breakfast. Nom nom nom.

Probably put you up for cardiac issues faster than bacon and eggs but... nom nom nom!

Been awhile since I had bacon and eggs for breaky. :(

Bagels or oatmeal gets a bit boring after a few weeks.

Great. Now, I am going to obsess about heart attacks. /loser

If it saves your life, it is discipline not obsession.

Unless I am dishing it out I hate discipline. :( The big bowl of oatmeal took most of the bacon and egg craving away. :(

I always thought lurchers were to all intensive purpose mutts/mongrels/Heinz 57. And so were quite healthy and strong.

One of our dogs growing up was a bearded collie. Gotten from pound so no pedigree but from health issues he was probably pure bred. Health issues and purebreds might be a myth I have bought in to. Not a fan of purebreds. Give me a mutt any day. Hybrid animals are almost always stronger than either parents.

Chopper got over a neighbour's fence and was having a go at their bitch. They called to complain as she was a papered purebred. My dad assured them over the phone with all due seriousness to try keep Chopper out of their yard. Then hung up and showed rare affection for Chopper while laughing.

As a dog breeder you may not find that as funny as him or me.

I think from now on I too shall just say the first words that pop into my head without any thought of how it makes others feels - it seems to be all the rage and I do so hate to be out of fashion.
