I know it wouldn't be my fault and everything, but it's kind of disturbing to think about. And I can't get it out of mind.

you're a compassionate person with a heart, and you care about strangers. that's a very good thing.

but you can't save all the souldls who need saving. the old lady, the crippled kid, the stray dog, etc. there's vulnerable folks all around you, they're not your responsibility. help others when you can, be kind and respectful, that's about all you can do

Awwww. My 3rd great-grandparents got married on Valentine's Day, 1854. Was it a thing back then?

Most of my candy favourites have UK origins too. We must develop our taste when quite young.

Rare in Canada. I understand the modern packaging is quite controversial.

And real liquorice root has medicinal uses for dogs in combatting itching and swelling.

We love those licorice type candies. They are hard to find here. We found some in lake placid and stocked up.

Liquorice Allsorts are hard to find in Quebec?! Backward arsed place! Bulk bin store has them here. Very common and easy to find.

You seriously need to consider moving to Ontario! Not far just across the provincial border will do.

Cornwall has a bridge to the US. Not that far to commute to Montreal.

candy is candy

one cannot choose a favorite

all are mana from the gods

I always picture manna as being kind of bland. Just the minimum needed to provide sustenance. Sort of like Soylent Green or something.

My God it is something of an acetic.
