Hello Ladies :heart:

It's very dark, drizzly and cold here and I'm very happy I don't have to go out in it. I was out yesterday for a gathering with old classmates and while it was very lovely, it did take its toll. I wound up sleeping nearly 12 hours and missed out on my morning entirely, which I dislike.

I'm all out of milk but am waiting for a grocery delivery so that I can have my "morning" coffee. I briefly thought I'd lost the pleasure of drinking coffee (and tea) last week and I am still excited this isn't the case. I really just need the simple things in life and coffee is definitely one of them. Warm toes are another, so I am off to search for my furry slippers or at least some leg warmers.

Cobra is tricky, because it's a deeper back bend than it seems, but if you don't keep your pelvis plastered to the floor you can hurt your lower back instead of getting a release there. Do you ever do prep for cobra, taking hand support out of the equation and lifting just using back muscles? I find it to be more exciting than sphinx.

Furry slippers and leg warmers are some of the things I like about winter. :)
 
The real issue is that you stupid bitches have ruined the general board with your fawning, vacuous tripe.

All you have to do now to be "bad" on Lit is point out the obvious about some housefrau.
