I'm glad to see that you can acknowledge your anger, that you can admit to deliberately dehumanizing an entire class of people, and that you can express a desire to change. I think that's important, and I hope that you will eventually be successful in doing so.
One small but concrete initial step would be to use terms that are less objectifying - 'trans woman' instead of 'tranny' or 'transsexual', or 'TG' (for transgender) instead of 'TS'. It may not sound like that much, but it might help a little to counteract your tendency to objectify and dehumanize trans women.

Many people here do the same for purposes of anonymity. Body parts, fetishes and objectification are a big part of what Lit is all about, but there's a difference between posting or admiring pictures of nude bits and completely negating the humanity of the people who possess (or don't possess) those bits. Legatus has a serious hard-on for trans women who meet specific requirements that are rarely (not 'never') found in those outside the porn/sex-work industry. His frustration with finding trans women who fit those criteria has led him to become enraged with those who don't.
That's not at all the same as me posting a blurred-face/neck-down image of myself.
If, on the other hand, by 'dehumanizing' you meant 'unattractive to you', that's sloppy use of language and your problem, not mine. Don't look if you don't want to.
