Uhhh....everywhere. It's sub tropical, rich and for the most part with access to water.

Irrigation is the hardest thing, if the ancient Greeks, Inca and Egyptians could get it done there is no reason today central Africans can't....except so much AK47's and RPG's.

Africa has lots of coastline. Considerably more so than the UK and being tropical even more rich in food, kinda like all the fruits of the tropical climate provide a much better diet than pine nuts/acorn offerings of the temperate /subarctic regions of northern Europe. Obviously they had enough to make it work but life in northern/western Europe was NOT easy.

Yes they are white but that doesn't mean everything was just handed to them as a culture or society, it's been a couple thousand years of at times some very painful progress in the making.

The structure inevitably provides security for a portion of the population, allowing them to do something other than run in fear for their lives or gangbang all the time. It's a key ingredient to get up on that 1st world civilization level. The more people you get on board following the rules the faster it happens.

I have hope that eventually parts of Africa will get there, there are a few countries there that seem to be in the beginning stages of emerging into the 1st world, not shockingly they are all central/rift valley nations. If they can keep the law and order going for a few more decades, start selling more to the rest of the 1st world then they just might make it.

Some will some wont, but the only reason any nation in that region isn't kickin' ass is because the people of that region haven't put the weapons down long enough to build instead of destroying. Just like S.E. Asia...they might have AK's and RPG's but they are all still in the dark ages socially.
