One God/god.
One flag.
One country.
These are the words Trump used.
Very simple, and very direct.
Except for the fact that these symbols and their connection to and with America is wildly complicated.
Which God/god is Trump promising ?
Which version of that God/god ?
How could we possibly know what is in Trump's mind, about this issue?
One flag.
We have a flag.
But, it represents many things to many people.
Sometimes, people stomp on it, and burn it in protest.
One country.
We were one country when everyone responded to 9/11.
I shudder, to think on what Trump's version of America would look like.

I like this flag
Feminist representation goes beyond the band's members. Condoms and tampons sit next to T-shirts and vinyl on the merch table. On Wednesday, Bridge Nine, the band’s record label, released an updated version of the Gadsden flag declaring “Don’t Grab My Pussy” instead of “Don’t Tread on Me.” The tumultuous 2016 election has made their message even more vital.
