Very tired. My sister had a slight heart attack. Her lungs were filling with fluid, she couldn't breathe and she found out she has COPD. Back and forth to the hospital and doing what needs to be done for her. I am exhausted. And have been going to bed early. She's doing a little better now.

So I didn't know where to go with this. But has anyone tried Zzz Quil? I've been having troubles sleeping for the past couple of months. A couple people recommened it. So I bought some and I swear it had the opposite effect on me and I had a harder time sleeping. Anyone else try this or had a similar issue?
