Good morning. it appears that some had great weekends, and the bell curve of life would say that some did not. Are you a believer in net sum zero? That for every positive thing that occurs there's an equally negative thing that happens elsewhere? Somme sort of cosmic version of Newton's third law.
If true, would you temper your positive moods to help offset someone else's dispair?
Are you saying that my awesome weekend is responsible for the karmic shitstorm that someone else went through?
I can't remedy that. I think life is like entropy. There is no net zero, it's ever increasing and changing. Actually, life is the actual manifestation of entropy... How have I not thought of this before?! Life is not a closed system and its fucking beautiful and messy. It's such a contrast and conflict of ideas.
I often temper myself to offset others, however it's not because of a net zero outcome. I slowly boil them to death with positivity, but as you are quite familiar with I'm sure, you can't connect easily with someone if you're on different levels. I often will change myself to connect and then once I've established a connection, I am a force to overcome. I love to raise people up, help them find themselves again and be happy.
