Do these figures include Ireland?. Because I'd thought at least 250,000 a year emigrated to the US from there. I've never known a more pampered and reverered nationality which demands , expects and gets special treatment from the US.

The US is a great place for a holiday and I've been several times as a paying guest but there are way too many nutters for my liking and the fact that you have a year long general election every four years would do my cake in so the muslim and 'Oirish' immigrants are welcome.
