You would think this wouldn't be such an impossibly lofty set of criteria to find. But lately I have been feeling like I am hunting for unicorns.

I define nerdy broadly. Basically to me it means you are interested in "stuff." Stuff might mean classically nerdy fare like books, certain types of movies, history, science. Or stuff might simply mean the world writ large.

And Skype doesn't have to be only skype...it might be kik, or some other messenger. Basically all i mean here is that you value real time conversation and you enjoy having a little company now and then to break up the monotony of your day.

I am a guy in my 30s. Outdoorsy, in decent shape, a little bit of a bookworm, a little on the quiet side. Curious about the world. Very open minded. A little stoic on the outside but a big softy underneath it all.

Any unicorns around today?

I've specifically been called a unicorn lately. I think due to being nerdy myself. I have a weakness for fellow nerds!

I think there are plenty of unicorns on lit--you just have to be patient. Some of them are a bit shy. I hope you find what you are looking for!
