I have lots to do but I seriously have no umph. had I not scheduled myself alone today I may have taken a sick day.
I have 2 new client meetings and a confrence call tomorrow so I can't call in sick then either.
I wish my door had a bell on it.. I would totally take a nap. I just don't feel like working.

ugh I'm trying. I'm short 2 people. I've been close to hiring 2 people and they both flaked. I've had 2 other interviews since..and my boss seems to not like them as much as I did. she's yet to say ok.

it funny how management seems to think that everyone (but themselves) is replaceable. you can't just pluck people off the streets and put them to work. good employees have to be made and trained and respected, or you lose them
