The European Union (EU) has granted a permit to an Austrian brewery to officially name their beer "Fucking Hell".

It's a fully legitimate permit. "Hell" in German means "Light" and the beer is produced in the Austrian town of Fucking.

Camden Hells is a popular one by 'ere.

Camden is hell, especially the market, so I wouldn't disagree. Though I prefer a nice ginger cider.

I remember when I lived in Texas many years ago I saw a bumper sticker that said something like, "I love my Henie" - I'm not sure exactly what it said, could have been "I (heart) Henie" - but you get the idea.

Turns out that it was all about Henie wine, not some guy who liked butt. I guess you can still get the stuff - the wine that is.

And it's almost as good as Amstel . . .
