Nice. My baby is a mid 90s Martin DM. My other baby is an 07 candy apple red Jimmie Vaughan Signature strat that I put a black Pick guard on. I had wanted the tobacco burst but it sold and red was all that's left. Both were used.

Hey there, MHnD - it's a 6 string electric guitar. Very similar to the one Eric Clapton often uses.

I knew a guy that had a 6 string base. I don't play guitar so all the differences tend to confuse me a bit.

You're right. A bass guitar is ordinarily 4 strings and they make 5 and 6 string versions nowadays too. The 6 string version does "look" like a traditional guitar but it's quite different due to the lower range of notes you play on them.

It had the same body style as the middle one. That it why I asked. I always wanted to learn to play guitar. I just never had one or the patients to learn yet another instrument I will never play.
