Speaking of guns...

If our judges, police, and politicians weren't owned by the NRA and if Congress had the backbone to sign a law, one that seemingly opposed the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution, and a law with teeth that was in direct opposition of the beloved (sic) NRA, what would you do? Before we state the proposed new law, let's recap the 2nd Amendment.

"Every moronic American can bear arms and shoot anyone they want at any time, even themselves (we can only hope), because it's not the gun that's responsible for shooting anyone, it's the shooter. Am I right or have I paraphrased it in such a way that even you, a gun owner, can understand.

"How's that for spin?"

Written by a top ad agency, a Philadelphia lawyer couldn't write a better nonsensical excuse why someone so innocent as a school full of children were needlessly shot to death and murdered.

Right? Is that the above the gist of the outdated second amendment that was adopted at a time when we had Indians, rustlers, and murderers and didn't have city police, state police, federal police, SWAT, FBI, NSA, CIA, and an armed to the teeth military?

Before we begin, lemme ask you a question first. Why is it called the NRA, National Rifle Association? Begging a better name, why not call it the NRA the NHGA, National Hand Gun Association or NMA, the National Murder Association?

I like the last name the best, the NMA, the National Murder Association. It sounds like a legalized murder for hire association, hit men without having to pay dues to the Mafia and without having to wear dreadful Hawaiian shirts over their fat, Italian bodies.

I don't know the 2nd amendment verbatim but I think what I wrote above is what the law reads based upon that's what happens in this country every day and in every city. Anyway...not to digress but...if Congress passed a law that you fools could own only one gun, what would that gun be?

Seriously. I'm curious. You're the gun owners and the loyal members of the NMA, sorry, the NRA. You're the experts. If anyone, you know guns the best. This is your time to shine. This is your time to educate the rest of us, the head in the clouds when our heads aren't up our asses, peace loving pacifists.

If you could only own one gun, just one, what would that gun be? Would it be a rifle? What kind of rifle and why? A handgun? What kind of handgun and why? A shotgun? What kind of shotgun and why? Or would you go for broke and buy that AK47, the most sold and deadliest automatic weapon in the world for the last several decades?

Ye Americans,

Apart from the entertainment that your Hollywood dishes out every year, your societal violence is another thing we find a bit amusing. Your government allows Gun-makers to pump ammunition into the public and then ask why is there so much violence?

Your situation reminds me of the Wild West themed Movies. Sitting across the Atlantic, hundreds of miles away, I can only do this.

Hope y'all survive, one day at a time, and live old enough to narrate the tale to your grand-children while they're busy assembling and polishing their latest Kalashnikovs.

Sincerest Regards,

Non-Americans.

If there was a law that I could only own one gun, I'd buy a shotgun.

Yeah, if I was to buy a gun, I'd buy a shotgun. I wouldn't have to be a crack shot with a shotgun.

I like the sound of it when racking it.

"Shick! Shick!"

Anyone at your door hearing that sound would immediately know what it is and would back away. Anyone at your door would go away.

I'd always keep it loaded but not racked and under my bed.

"Shick! Shick!"

At close range, that sound is enough to put fear in anyone.

"I have a gun. A shotgun. Shick! Shick!"

Freddie, you have no idea why the 2nd amendment is so important but then again that applies to a lot of things with you.

Freddie, you have no idea why the 2nd amendment is so important but then again that applies to a lot of things with you.

Being that you insult my intelligence, why don't you enlighten me of the importance of the 2nd Amendment? Go ahead. I dare you to tell me something that I don't already know.

Listen, I understand your ignorance. It's not your fault. You were raised to be unenlightened and uneducated. You're from Bunghole, Texas and I'm from Boston, Massachusetts, the education mecca of the United States and now living in Hershey, Pennsylvania, the chocolate capitol of the world.

Only, there's just something not right about that, especially when I think of melted chocolate covering my naked body.

"Psst, wanna Hershey bar?"

Other than to bear arms and self defend ourselves, the days of the militia are gone. You can't fight the government. Not paying your taxes will eventually catch up with you with what happened in Waco, Texas. Waco, Texas, can you see the continuing thread of ignorance emerging from Texas and Texans. Don't get me started on G. W. Bush, the poster boy for why all enlightened educated people are not only embarrassed by Texas but also are ashamed of Texans.

It's much like that Miss America contestant from Texas thinking that Texas was a foreign country. It may as well be. After stealing all of the oil, maybe it's time the United States sold Texas to Mexico.

Listen, there's no longer any fear that the government will steal all that you have an enslave you. They did that already with black people. Unless you want to live in the forests of Michigan or the mountains of Montana, you're safe from harm.

Besides, seriously, how many guns does any one human need to defend themselves? Unless you're a God awful shot or defending yourself from an armed onslaught, all you really need is just one gun and one bullet, any Navy Seal knows that.

Why are gun owners so afraid? Why are gun owners so fearful? I've lived without owning a gun all my life and have learned that my words are more piercing than any bullet.

"What did you call me?"

"I said that you're a shining star in your own head and no matter what I say I can ever remove that you're the greatest man you ever knew."

"Uh, thank you, I think," said TxRad scratching his head.

'Duh, maybe she doesn't know that I'm a woman,' thought TxRad to himself.

Once, a man pulled a gun on me and told me to get out of my car. I shifted to first, stepped on the gas, and ducked while nearly running him over. I didn't even need a gun for that.

Freddie, you have no idea why the 2nd amendment is so important but then again that applies to a lot of things with you.

Lemme ask you this, Ms. TxRad.

Question: How many bullets and Texas motorcycle gang member bikers does it take to kill 5 gang members and 4 innocent people in the Twin Peaks shooting?

Answer: Thousands of rounds of bullets and hundreds of misfit Texans.

Seriously, those brave Texans who died at the Alamo must be rolling over in their graves.

With no need to even call on G. W. Bush or LBJ, I rest my case.

I always had the impression that it was for guerrilla tactics. The Brits didn't allow weapons for regular citizens, so they didn't expect attacks from solitary farms or villages. Also the proto-americans needed greater protection?

I freely admit that the public education system has already failed me multiple times, though. I could be wrong.

Yeah, I've always thought the reason for the second amendment was long obsolete and that to interpret it as broadly as it has been is being obtuse.

Because you don't like guns therefore of course you feel that way.

Look at where this country is heading, this is not the time to be an unarmed citizen. Hell there are cops we need to be protected from never mind the criminals.

To answer on part of the question I'd choose my Heckler and Koch .45. This gun is so sweet its almost erotic to fire it.

If ever you pull a gun on a cop, even if he's a bad cop, he'll shoot you. Then, he'll call all of his brother buddy cops and they'll shoot you too.

If you happen to survive a dozen gunshot wounds, they'll throw you in jail and you'll be some big guys baby.

If you're smart, you'd sell your guns and buy a water gun.

I have a nice super soaker that I'm waiting for a hot summer day to use.

The Brits did allow substantial citizens to own weapons, but they were usually shotguns in England, but other arms were allowed in the Colonies. How do you think the Colonists, who WERE Brits before the Revolution, learned to shoot with their Kentucky rifles?

However if for example you went hunting in Africa, you could buy any type of weapon.

One of our local landowners took enough weapons with him on pre-1914 African expeditions that he could arm all the locally recruited porters when the group was threatened by a local warlord. The warlord demanded money to allow the expedition to pass his territory. If the demand had been reasonable, it might have been paid, but he wanted ALL the money and ALL the guns. That was refused and the warlord attacked.

He and his followers had to retreat carrying their dead and wounded. He hadn't allowed for facing accurate fire from fifty modern bolt action rifles. The landowner reported the event to the nearest magistrate and was told "Good for you. Justifiable homicide!"

Until the 1920s, UK householders could buy ex-military weapons, and substantial citizens could buy automatic weapons e.g. heavy crew-served machine guns or even artillery. In 1920 ex-army Vickers Machine Guns were sold at £5 each. Field artillery pieces with limbers and shells cost £10.

Lemme ask you a question Ogg.

In the way that Scouries used to do with his oversized photos, why is Pilot allowed to ruin every thread by adding his oversized line that advertising his gay books?

I remember he and TxRad were the more vocal ones who complained the most when Scouries did something like that. Now, the rest of us must scroll over to read the entire post.

As far as I'm concerned all of Pilot's gay e-Books could be summed up in just one title.

"Gay Book."

There's really no difference between any of his books. Either he writes about blowing someone or taking it up the ass by someone.

Now that his mother is dead and no one else is buying them, no one reads his books anyway.

Then the Government of the Day got nervous and did not like the idea of an citizanry with any arms whatever.
If you are very lucky, you might get apermit to hold a .22 target rifle - IF you are a member of a reputable Gun Club in good standing. If what you wanted to shoot was a S&W .41, forget it. Pistols are the sole preserve of the Military & Particular police teams.

My sig line string of most recent published books both doesn't oversize the frame and follows what the Web site permits in frame-width images in the sig line. Obviously you're just jealous that I have the string of published books. (I contacted the original publisher of your two real e-books--the two that you kept promoting long after the publisher dropped them--by the way, Freddie. He said he cut you off because you were such a pain in the ass and the books didn't sell. I contacted him, because you were showing the book covers long after he'd used those book covers for other books. You may have heard from him. :D)

In 1961 the Australian government ran an arms amnesty, one of several since WW2 because so many returning soldiers had brought back 'souvenirs'. There had been a recent court case during which a registered gun owner had been found to have dozens of illegal weapons.

Normally the arms amnesty would have passed quietly but this one attracted media attention from day one because someone handed in a large box of handgrenades. On day two, someone turned up at a rural policeman's office with a Sherman tank, fully equipped with all its shells including armour piercing. One of my distant relations went to his local police station and told them he had inherited a collection of naval guns and shells bought as war surplus after WW1. They ranged in size form 4.7 inch to 10 inch, with suitable cartridges and shells. Some of the guns were rifled muzzle loaders weighing 30 tones or more. The government collected and destroyed the ammunition but left the guns.

Everything you write is either cruel and nasty or downright lies. How do you live with yourself? How do you sleep at night?

No wait, this is what you do. This is your life. This is your only entertainment.

I won't even dignify your mean spirited remarks with an answer because everyone on this site hates you. You have no friends. You've been a little prick to everyone.

I truly feel sorry for you. I hope you find peace in your life. I've known some fucked up people in my life and you're right up there with them. You're just lucky I'll never meet you in person because I'd make you cry like the baby you are, little man.

What comes around goes around and you'll get what you deserve one day. You reap what you sow and what you've planted everywhere is your misery. You are the unhappiest piece of shit that I've ever had the pleasure not to meet.

The truth hurts doesn't it. Cruel and nasty has always been your stock in trade whenever someone calls you on your bullshit.

Funny how that works. Pot, kettle and all that.

Your uniquely Freddiesque apology for posting that my sig line stretches the frame, when obviously it doesn't, is accepted. :D
