i just wanna know if civilization beyond earth is worth grabbing. i'm a very slow adopter. i play my video games until i've sucked every ounce of fun i can from them and then i stop and wait for them to become fun again. hell, i still have sims 2 on the laptop though i am finally considering deleting the fucker simply because it takes up a lot of space for something i've played for maybe three weeks over the last two years.

It's Civ 5 reskinned into space, so you have no historical references to clue you in to what's good strategy and what's not.
