Lamb with rosemary and garlic, creamy mashed potato, sweet potato, pumpkin mash, fresh green beans, and gravy.

And a salad for me. Ugh.

Chow Yun Fat! Maybe I should watch that tonight too...

I made roast lamb a few days ago but it smelled a bit like mutton. It tastes okay as long as you don't smell it too much. It was a 5lbs roast, sticking to 3 lbs from now on.

I had it with yukon gold potatoes, green beans and a salad with lettuce, cucumber, avocado and sheep feta, that doesn't sound kosher somehow.

I had this explained to me once.

You can have dairy with meat, as long as the meat isn't being cooked by heated dairy products. So a cheeseburger (cheese melted on hot meat) is kosher, but Hamburger Helper Cheeseburger Macaroni (hamburger cooked in cheese sauce) is not.
