For some unknown reason during the last contract didn't get a pay raise the first year but we do get an additional paid holiday.

And its not that I don't like having the day off but, last time I ended up with another weeks vacation. Yes it's paid, but... fuck a duck! Like I said at the time what the hell Am I going to do with FIVE WEEKS of vacation (I turned back Four this last period)I would rather had a raise, also our retirement is frozen the current rate.

In Korea they have Teacher Appreciation Day, where they bring gifts to the teacher. They take that shit seriously.
