I want to know how a person makes himself a shemale. I am really into the panty scene and have put on quite abit of other womenly things. I am facinated by shemales in fact someday I want to suck one off.

If you want to wear womens clothing, wear womens clothing. If you want a physical transformation, then start wearing make-up and really looking the part. If you are serious about physical transformation, there are hormone or surgical options. Only you can decide what is best for you.
