If the Police would simply drive around rather than through black neighborhoods- peace, love and harmony would abound. Fear would be banished and #blackliveswouldmatter.
It isn't right that when a black mother sends her grown son out of the house that she has to worry that a white police officer and/or lightening might take her son from her on the way to hang out with his peace-loving gang-banging friends.
The only reason for any black-on-black violence is because of the oppression of the system, mostly in the form of white police officers. Youngish black men kill each other as a political statement to the world to let the world know that they are not going to stand for the genocide wrought by lightening and white police officers.
If they are killed by a black police officer, the brutha was probably askin' for it.

That certainly would be a tactic that could be used. The SCOTUS has upheld time and time again that the police have NO obligation to protect anyone or anything. Just request that the residents dump the bodies on the edge of the "No Go' zone for pickup in the morning.

That was not my question.
I think that Brown is unworthy of being a civil rights icon. I think he was something of a thug, I think Wilson was unprofessional and yelled at the two jaywalkers to get the fuck out of the street. I think Brown said fuck you, Wilson backed up his car very close to Brown, Brown bum rushed him and there was a struggle. Wilson realizing he was trapped in his car got his gun out and fired a shot. Brown did took the rational action and ran. But what I don’t believe, in spite of what black skinned witnesses said, is that he next made a highly irrational act, of reversing course to charge at someone who was firing a gun at him.
Wilson killed him for challenging his authority. That being said, this is far from the most egregious civil rights violation.
Can you match my honesty?

Believe what you want. I've never underestimated the human ability to behave irrationally under the best of circumstances let alone under the influence of drugs.
I would also caution you that it's unwise to try to assign your own thought/decision making process to another individual. You'll be surprised at how often what you think and what they think are two different things.

Oh yeah. You also forgot that she was violently drunk and kicked the cop in the head first. Plus the entire encounter was captured on the dash cam audio.
Now I realize this doesn't fit your "all cops are the enemy" or "all cops are violent racists" shtick, but come on, you really need to take that big chip off your shoulder and actually look at the facts instead of believing the hyperbola of the race baiting assholes.

There seems to be some weird idea that guns are to protect you from guns. Guns are there to keep the peace. They are effective at halting all attacks by guns, knives, bottles, rocks, clubs, shoes, feet and fists.
No one has a right to assault me. I do not need to take even a minor beating before I shoot you dead. If I baited you, you don't know I'm armed MAYBE I have something to answer for. You KNOW I am armed, especially with a badge to back that up and you still think you have some god-given right to visit me with violence? You need to die. Before you do that to someone else.
If someone is aware I am armed and behaving with aggression within 7 yards I would still shoot.
Just because a person thinks that they would tough guy it out in the same circumstances does not mean they can use words like murder when someone else exercises their right not to be assaulted.
