I'll still upload my stories here, but any supporters will be able to get early access to any new pieces, as well as the opportunity to vote on which story I work on next and even submit their own story requests.

Don't want to make too big a deal out of it. If people want to come and throw a dollar in my cup that's good enough for me.

Several of my friends are already using Patreon, although mainly they're artists and games designers. As far as I know I'm the first person in my circle who's trying to make a go of it as a writer.

All I'm asking at the moment is for people to spread the word on my new venture. If they'd like to help out themselves then all the better, if not then maybe I've opened up an opportunity for them to follow in my footsteps.

If you'd rather I not let you know if this is something you could also do for yourselves then I'll keep quiet about it in future. If people do want to hear about whether it's worth pursuing they can always PM me for an update later on.

If they choose not to pay after that then there's no problem for them, they can simply remove their pledge without accessing my product on the site and not pay a penny.

What with all the trade I do at Burger King I certainly get through my fair share of sugary beverages, although I usually go for the Sprite rather than the Coke. I find the lemony after taste goes better with the burgers.
