Hi everyone!

Update day 2: my crush is very happy! Today is love day where he gets showered with affection, then the final goodbyes for tomorrow :(. Day 4 will of course be "what was his name again"
He is usually on mornings and night but he writes when I am not on so it works out.

Connection makes the world go round, no matter the environment. Especially here, where even if we are here just for fun, and not to find an actual lover, connection still enhances the experience. I love looking on the threads and seeing people who have that, and how it modifies posting habits and the like. Connections sometimes even lead us to our crushes. I know that I don't pm anyone that I don't feel some kind of innate connection with.

So what connects you to your favorite litster? And why?

I crush on random people, so I don't feel any connection to them, but the people that I do enjoy are usually off the beaten path. They are not the ones you see everyday in the playground on all the threads. I like people who are quiet and thoughtful-the opposite of me. They have a calm about them that is comforting. They each have individual qualities but what is consistent across anyone that I like-crush or not, is self confidence. I like people who know who they are and where they stand in this world. They don't care what others think of them, not in a bad way, but because their self worth isn't measured from the outside. This is what attracts me and what connects me to others.

Crush update: today is day 3, I asked him if he wanted a sweet goodbye or heartache, he told me to make it brutal! He is enjoying the countryside right now, so he will read it when he gets home. I will update if anything else significant happens.
