If we could have the mind of the say '45' year old on the body of a tight 23 year old then yeah.
Come to think of it, don't most older couples get bored? They should create a procedure to swap brains. All the woman or men that want to have an older head; trade brains with someone who longs for a more young and active mind.
Could it be done.
Women also prefer younger women.
Otherwise the magic skin cream business would not be a gigabillion dollar industry.
Speaking for myself, I prefer older men but younger women for similar reasons. Mainly, they listen. Experience teaches older men how to (atleast pretend to) listen. Inexperience usually also means lack of confidence and an eagerness to learn. I don't have to deal with constant interruptions from someone trying to prove something to me.
It's easier ( I think) to get older as a man than a woman.
Plus, the pool of "younger women" keeps expanding.
Easier in a myriad of ways...name it.
Life is easier on young women and older men...always has been.
I'm not saying that's the way it should be, but it is.

Weirdest offbase logic jump you've made yet. And you've made many.
Looking youthful is not the same as wanting to be young.
Neat - and extremely large - infographic, but doesn't really disprove the idea that wanting to appear to look your best is the same as wanting to be younger.
I'm still wondering about what way other than trying to get married does it become easier for men with age than it does for women.
Women tend to grow more confident and certain of themselves with age. In terms of health and fitness, they fare better than men their age. In terms of career- people finally start taking them seriously and they start getting considered for roles requiring greater responsibilities and commitment.
Ah, I just realised you're comparing how much easier it is for younger women vs older women. When you earlier said it was easier for older men than it is for women, I naturally thought you were making comparisons between those two.
Lovely little sleight of syntax there, swapping young for looking your best!
Potaytoe, potahtoe.I mean, a fifty-year-old woman who does procedures and proper skincare and exercise and all that - she doesn't look like her 18-year-old self, right? No one at 40 looks 18, no matter how good they look. And that's actually fine. Being female and having women friends and discussing these things with them here and there, I can say that I don't think anyone our age thinks they're going to look 18, ever. The aim is to look good.
A 40-year-old woman's makeup is (or should be) different than an 18-year-old's. Were Meryl Streep trying to look 18, she'd have pink & blue chalked hair, bubblegum lipstick, and wear whatever's super-trendy. She doesn't do these things - she dresses and makes herself up in an age-appropriate way. As does George Clooney. That's why they look good.
When you see women who are trying to "look young" by wearing uber-trendy clothes from youth-oriented boutiques and doing their hair & makeup like teenagers, it generally looks bad. It doesn't make them look younger at all.
