Life changing experience

Didn't take a pill in like a week. Stomach been hurting for a couple of days now I got the meanest headache. Had all my kids today, thought it will be good for them to spend some time together. The one don't be around the other two that much. My babymothers don't like each other they be fighting and shit. Them kids made my head hurt worst ( good thing they all sleep now) any tips on how to get rid of a headache? I don't want to take any medication

I assume you mean nothing hard core. How about an analgesic like aspirin, tylenol advil or aleve. Aleve also has a muscle relaxant property to it so if it is a tension headache it might work better.

As far as in general, a lot of headaches are referred pain. Try a hot soak or hot shower to loosen tension.

Ad here is a weird one...first tie I saw it I thought it only worked like faith healing but it does something. Your skull is slightly flexible... Have someone put a palm on the back of your heard and one on the front and squeeze your head hard, then release it gently. You might be able to do it on your own head.

I didn't want to take any medication cause it was going to make me want a pill. I went to sleep and now my headache gone. Gotta hurry up and take these kids home b4 it come back, and get ready to watch the fight.

Today Byron's ashes were scheduled to be released in the mountains he loved.
I won't know until they come back down in a few days. My internet connection appears to be in mourning too.

I got this bs ass warehouse house job making 10 an hour can't complain cause I'm trying change my life around. I'm selling weed in there too just to make that 10 an hour look a little better. So chick I was dealing with hit me with some she praganet shit I don't believe her tho. Besides that I'm doing pretty good can't complain just living life same shit different day
