Blacks often seem to see everything through the prism of race. They had reason to do so in the past, for sure, but damn, they can't seem to break free from the past. There will always be racism, to some degree, at least for the foreseeable future, on all sides, but letting that be all you see, and seeing it everywhere you look, is crippling in and of itself.

Oh I'm up to speed on civil rights in China mate. As a matter of fact their current situation reminds me of the USA pre 1970.

I have very vivid memories of the fight by ethnic minorities in the USA to gain the freedoms granted them by their own Constitution but denied them for 200 years. That was only 50 odd years ago, and in some places, still going on.

Don't try to come all holier than thou on that point. USA has nothing to gloat about on that score.

There has been far too much concentration on the minority of white people, including white cops, who are actually racists, and far too little on the majority who are not. Not that everyone isn't perhaps a little racist, but casting one race as being racist, and another as not racist, is ridiculous.
