That includes investigation.

It may include a grand jury.

If the judicial process either does not work or does not appear to work, though, this wound will do nothing but fester.

If there is no conviction and death penalty, the wound is going to fester. Hell, it's an ongoing, non-stop festering wound without this incident.

Knowing how a lawyers mind works I can see why those at the Bundy ranch would be labeled 'Anarchists.' But the label doesn't quite fit. Those present at the ranch were organized. They initiated no violence. They damaged neither people nor property. When they left, other than the news reports, there was no evidence that they'd ever been there to begin with. Whether you agree with their purpose or not the fact is, is that they were there acting as shields against those that had initiated violence against people and property. Quite frankly they were considerably more effective in the role of shields than the police and guard have been with regards to the rioters and looters in Ferguson.
