And like I said, training prepares you for muscle memory, not prefrontal cortex memory. That's why boxers who have head trauma can still perform. Most bullies extort via psychological trauma and not actual physical violence. When you work in the school system- or if you're an effeminate kid, you know that most "fights" last like 5 minutes; but the build-up can last weeks or months. The actual fighting isn't the shitty part of being bullied. Fights are easy. The shitty part is getting your shit stolen, getting food thrown at you, not being able to make it to class without hearing 50 gay jokes; having shit written in permanent, irremovable medium on your locker and belongings. Bullies, very often, are incredibly bad at fighting and incredibly good at being annoying. It's all that shit that makes them suck. That's why eventually even the most calm, collected, zen kid will snap. That's why people kill themselves. Not the threat of violence.

So why do boxers watch their opponents fights? If something wasn't difficult u wouldn't study right? And training is like studying right? Boxing is fighting right? Question is football difficult?

Because you watch and then practice until their your ability to exploit their weakness becomes muscle memory. And I don't know a whole lot about football, other than my brother played it and he's a goddamn idiot. He was a lineback. But I'm sure it's DIFFICULT, but it wasn't COMPLICATED. Basically, if you have to train for something, it's not complicated. There's no way to train for complicated things. You just have to work through them, because you're solving a puzzle. When you train for something, you're getting either your muscles or your synapses used to doing the same thing over and over so they can do it faster. You learn a new math formula, you do homework because it strengthens those synapses. You learn a new football play, you run it because it strengthens the muscle memory. If the problem was complicated, you would tackle it with prior knowledge and have to think; not have trained for it beforehand. Things become complicated when you aren't prepared for them.

Did you see the match? Is generally how that's asked. A fight is more broad than that. If you say, "Did you see the fight" you'll be asked, "Which one?" You could just as easily be talking about UFC or something that broke out on the playground. And most other cultures don't consider something with so many rules a fight.
