In areas where the First Nations populations are denser there's a clear difference in accents too. More classically "Canadian".

Define "denser" with numbers.

I live in an area much denser than yours but don't see a difference.

The first nations people do have their own accent and it is more noticible on reserve than off.

Hm, I never noticed that. I just know when I'm in an area with more First Nations than other places I hear the accent.

By the way, anyone who's fascinated by accents. I found this site while trying to figure how to pronounce "rooibos". It's just too bad it's not searchable by region.
