the "ask crazychemgirl a question" thread

You're excused.

Well, for the record, my attempt at masturbation was a failure. I did some further research, and apparently, actual lesbians do not indulge in high speed scissoring. I require little out of life, but I do demand authenticity from my fantasy premises.

Does UNIQLO's heattech actually work or is it just a marketing thing?

Everything in life is marketing.

Hahahahaha.... Good to know, thank you.

I have a question for you, if you don't mind?

I have started making my own sauces for the family meals rather than spend money on a packet sauce or whatever.

I have been using a roux for a base and thats great as it is, but I need some flavour in it to spice it up a little. I have used nutmeg, and thats great, but is there anything else I can use?

The Roux are mainly for chicken and pork. mainly going with pasta or rice.

Thanks! :D :rose:

I have read this entire thread, love it.

Is procrastination a risk taking behavior?

I often use Cumin or paprika because I like a smoky taste.... Sometimes I add corrinder as well.

Good luck!

It can be if there are consequences of your procrastination.

Do you ever have a nightmare about walking into a party and finding all your Lit questioners waiting with their favorite toys?

Everything in life is marketing.

When I was a young lad, a professor once proclaimed, "It's ALL snake oil."

At the time, as an optimistic and naïve youth, I didn't believe that was entirely true. Then and now, I still want to believe that competence and integrity count for something.

With the perspective of time and experience, I've come to understand that the professor who made that observation lo those many years ago was, unfortunately, more accurate than I gave him credit for. These days, the only thing I can point to that isn't "snake oil" is Warren Buffett's investment track record.

I'm having some friends over for a shark-night, but I'm having a hard time deciding which bad shark-movie to get. I've narrowed down the choice to the following contenders...

Sand Sharks , Sharktopus, Mega Shark vs. Crocosaurus, Ghost Shark or Sharknado

This is too important to leave to chance, since choosing the right shark-movie can make or break a shark-night.

Which one do you recommend?

DEFINITELY Sharknado... loved it.
