It's funny how nervous everyone gets about the Twitter thing. I have to assume they just don't know what it is or how to use it. There is no single "feed" that some secret group of people belong to. It's not like some old AOL chatroom. Of the people in this thread--those defending Reci, those in the middle, and those "attacking"--are all people in my feed. That's a pretty weak conspiracy...

So pointing out that two of lits biggest liars continue to lie throughout this thread is irrelevant to this thread? Or maybe you think adding their own interpretation while spinning her words is not lying? Ok.

None of that is nearly as weird as suggesting I may be trying to protect Rec or UD....

Suppose CHNOPS and Sean are both huge amazing asshole liars.

What does that have to do with the rest of the thread?

Sometimes people I can't stand make very good points.

Sometimes people I like and respect a great deal are dead wrong.

If your argument is "CHNOPS and Sean are liars and they're on Side B so I'll take Side A" - well, again, with all due respect, IMO that's not a good reason to take a side. Neither is "I don't like Reci's posts so I'll bag on her", or "Her husband and I argued about politics once so I'm going to call her a pedo" or "My friends don't like her so I'm going to post she's a criminal", etc.

I've no dog in this fight. If you wanna argue with Sean and CHNOPS and whoever, I couldn't care less. But the possible assholery of CHNOPS and Sean are not the topic at hand. It's a non sequitur. It's like popping into the thread and saying, "Yeah, but Obama's an asshole". That's my point.

I see and understand your point and agree. Many people here do not know why they are wielding pitch forks and torches.

But I still maintain that pointing out it would be stupid to belive anything those idiots post on the subject is indeed relevant.
If I where to suggest we should not believe Chnops because he cybered with KRC, that would be irrelevant.
