First of all Martin does have a history of fighting, no assault arrests, but fighting MMA style. I'm pretty certain the defense will bring that to light.

Secondly we have no idea as to Martin's intent, not only do we have no idea, it doesn't matter at all in this case. Only what Zimmerman believed to be Martin's intent is relevant here.

The judge is determined in her PC fashion to prevent any examination of whether or not Martin was caught up in the subculture any more than it was politically correct to follow up on the Russians warning about the Tsarnaev brothers or, speaking of brothers, the very real nature of The Muslim Brotherhood.

It is all part of a pattern revolving around the willingness to create national suicide, including allowing Mexicans to move freely about the country with no intention of assimilating culturally.
