Female - late 20s - I met a married man on Lit over two years ago and we have been having an affair since. In spite of his wife finding his Lit account we continue with our relationship, but we are much more careful. No matter how she tries to track what he is doing he finds ways around it so we can be together. Where there is a will there is a way. I was sitting in the restaurant the other day eating my meal when the waitress came over to clean the table directly in front of me. She had in these skin tight jeans and the crack between her legs was wide and awesome. She just stood there in front of me gathering the dishes and cleaning the table. However I was starring straight ahead at that awesome, work of God. I was drooling in my mind. Then she turned around to look at me and I just smiled at her as she asked if I was OK. I've been thinking about this for a few days and I have an idea. What if the anonymous secret teller asked for advice with their secret. Then, those of us reading the post could on this thread make an offer to provide said advice, not revealing anything more. Then the secret teller could PM the person of their choosing with the specifics of their situation.

What you're suggesting also kind of takes the anonymity out of it.. granted they have the choice to give it up if they want... but I just don't think this is the intent of the thread.

No offense taken. You make a valid point. What makes this thread entertaining for me is the variety of secrets that have been shared. Just a place for people to anonymously blurt out something that's on their mind or heart.
And, I would also agree there are plenty of other "advise threads" here for those seeking it. It's just more difficult for them to keep their anonymity.

I think making the objective of the thread anything different than just the titillation of reading people's taboo secrets that they are finally able to get off their chests safely might ruin it. It certainly wouldn't be as fun, I don't think. It's easy enough to start a thread asking for advice, and also easy to give yourself an alt to keep your identity secret if you feel you must.
