Would you sleep with a married person?

I did it was at monment think but do i reget it no cause i have a son he dont see him but it was hot wild and would i take it back of course not it made me who i am today i didnt love him i felt guily for awhile but i have a son who i love to death from it didnt plan it but hes here

I have one steadfast rule before sleeping with someone that is married (or seeing someone). I tell their SO beforehand. I'll still do it, even if they aren't okay with it, but I've done my duty to bring the honesty back into their relationship. That, and I suck at lying.

If they won't let me talk to their SO, then it is a deal-breaker. I haven't had but one person take me up on that, and his wife gave us the green light. No idea what was going through her head, but after a few hook-ups, he stopped seeing me, so maybe they were doing fine again.
 
I have twice, and not proud of it, and would like to say I never will again...
 
But what if the persons husband or wife is present while this is happening? It turns from a sneaky scenario to a fun and kinky threesome ;)
 
My religious convictions tells me no. With that being said, since I am in practically non-existent sex marriage, there is always that possibility. Also many times, below my waist makes decisions for me and sometimes they are not the best decisions:rolleyes: I am a sinner not a saint so I will never say never.:)

I used to have real black & white thinking on this issue, but these days I've got a different view. The bond between two people (be it married, otherwise committed, or engaging in a real or virtual affair) is only subject to its own rules, not the rules of society or anyone else. It is the responsibility of the married person to know what the boundaries are and uphold them. I would sleep with a married person under a number of circumstances, although I'm not saying it's "right" or morally acceptable or unacceptable either way.

I would be upset if I didn't know, though. If the person were married & didn't tell me. Which I realize is counter to my own argument. Just being honest.
 
I would like to think not. I used to have quite a judgemental view on this as I firmly believe that if you're unhappy in a relationship, you should be speaking to your partner rather than cheat on them. But at the end of the day, people make mistakes; people are hurting in relationships; and sometimes people feel powerless, unloved, unappreciated.

I would far rather we create a world where everyone feels loved. Where compassion and kindness are the natural way to behave from the off as opposed to the repressed society I see in which a random act of kindness is seen as some sort of weird act. Kindness to a child is more likely seen as paedo than kindness. From a man to a woman, seen as cracking on to her rather than just being kind.

Lets create the world where people recognise they do not need the love of another, to feel loved and appreciated as I suspect that, more often than not, people who already have such a high level of self-respect/self-worth and love do not rely on another and that when they do have a partner they experience a better relationship.

Just me, sorry about the monologue :D

I would have never thought about it until my ex cheated on me, then I guess well.

Yes I didn't want to say anything......but that crossed some line. And not in a good way.
Unfortunately it is also pretty common.
