It also sounds like the Court struck down mandatory no-parole life sentences for underage criminals, an easy Eighth Amendment case that four justices still managed to find fault with.

I can already hear the RW. If they overturn it "Justice has prevailed, we always knew they would do the right thing!", if they uphold " A loss of freedoms while bought and paid for judges play politics!"
