How long does it take for someone with an average body to get immensely buff?
Someone told me that this process can take between roughly 5-10 years of weight training for many hours literally every single day. Along with strange and even disgusting diets.
The workout routines are so rigorous and absolutely insane that it can result in vomiting, fainting, and even broken bones/torn muscles.
There are also many complex genetic, biochemical, and metabolic factors which can determine whether or not this is actually possible.
Not many people have the correct genetic and biochemical makeup that is required to develop such great muscle mass throughout their entire body.
