Hi. Long time reader First time poster. And figured i would introduce myself with a question.

I know there are a few anal gurus here so my problem is thus. My anal opening has this problem where the bloodvessels are too close to the intestinal walls. Wich means it causes blood to flow with even the smallest toys.
Now i would love to have my boyfriend/Master take me in the ass when i finally gett to be with him but is there a way to rectify this? a creme.. herbs long carefull stretching?

Now both him and i have sort of accepted the fact that i can never be fucked but i figured it doesnt hurt to try and ask if there is a solution.

Oh and i have been operated with laser on removing anal warts araund the anal opening if that has any importance to it.

PS: SOrry for any spelling mistakes english is my third language and i can't gett the open office spellchecker to work.

I'm thinking this is something a doctor would need to answer. Possibly using the old-fashioned Crisco lube technique-- a lot of crisco, so that it forms a thick coating around his dick-- MIGHT help you avoid tearing those blood vessel walls. Might try it with your small toys, and all the tender care you can possibly apply to your self. But I am NOT a doctor.

You can give him a channel to fuck by squeezing your thighs together. If you're on your stomach, he might be able to hit your prostate from the outside-- many men can get to it by pressing up and inwards on their perineum-- and nudge the back of your balls. It's an acceptable substitute for some guys, once you get over the disappointment of not having the "real thing"-- of course that's a problem in itself!

best of luck :rose:

Thanks for the suggestion. He is not overly large.. Maybe a little over medium sized.. And i tried asking my doc but he just stared at me blankly saying it wasnt a medical question and i better ask someone with more sexual exspertize in the area :p

I know I have seen lists of kink-friendly professionals here before. Perhaps you could try to search for one of those and find a doctor with more knowledge and more open mind about your question?

Get a new doctor! One of the most important thing in this life for me is having competent, open-minded, medical care from a provider that I can trust...

Was this a problem before the operation or is this a bi-product of the operation to remove the anal warts? I'm not a doctor, but it seems you will only irritate the situation more, and cause it to get worse, with more attempts, as it is now. I don't think any thick lube will help that much.

That doctor you talked to was an idiot. It IS a medical question, because it's not normal. He probably isn't into anal sex and didn't understand. Again, I'm not a doctor, but I'd think another laser operation might be able to fix this. Not all blood vessels are necessary and it might be possible to laser these away, kind of like you would varicose veins.

I'd check with another doctor, maybe one that isn't just a general practitioner, but someone with some smarts about this sort of surgery. Maybe a woman doctor would be more sympathetic?

Oh my doctor is great. Really nice helpfull guy. But he is just a general practicioner.. I guess i could ask for a referall to a butt doctor.. For a checkup. No idea what those are called tough. My country has socialised healthcare not sure if something like anal sex is a good enough reason for surgery.. And private are way to exspensive for me. But we will see

Thanks a lot for all the helpfull advice :)

I feel sad that your doctor couldn't answer more of your questions. I work with a bunch of great doctors. I have had many conversations at the nurses station: Is Hepatitis C a STD or not? Is HIV transmitted via oral sex, or not? All stuff I could look up and find out on my own, but there is so much conflicting information, so many variables. It's funny because the infectious disease MD says: rare to no, to both of those questions, the general medical says: it is possible.

A butt doctor is also known as a GI (gastro-intestinal) specialist.

I agree that Butt doctor doesn't sound that professional. Hemorrhoids are quite common and this sounds very similar. My sister had hemorrhoids removed years ago, and no problems. I'd suggest you Google Colon and Rectal surgeons in your area.

If it is hemorrhoids or something similar, it shouldn't be that expensive as operations go and maybe even covered by your socialized healthcare. Just for the record, the site I checked said that a laser operation isn't considered any better or less painful in recovery than the type used before lasers came around and any operation with a laser would be expensive. They do have to make payments on those things, you know, so their overhead is hefty. So, good luck in your quest for a competent BUT (not butt) inexpensive doctor.

Depending on the country, I'm not at all surprised the doctor refused to help. Unfortunately a great number of places are very restrictive and you can't really seek out someone who will be sympathetic to your needs.

Clarification

a butt doctor is a proctologist. A GI guy does the whole intestinal tract, but the proctologist specializes in the lower colon, rectum and anus. : )
