I prefer:

Butch women.

Femme women.

Plump women.

Slim women.

Women who wear makeup for me.

Women who won't wear makeup for anyone.

Women who take their clothes off, or who let me do it.

Women who take my clothes off or watch me do it.

For starters. :cattail:

Soft tomboy-ish types with short hair, slim bodies, small breasts with that certain twinky boy cute look about them -- and in fact when dressed just right could pass for a boy

Oh to find a girl like that for my GF Sparky and I to make into our own private dress up doll :D

Trap

I have always been attracted to women with a strong sense of self confidence. I like going to the beach and being with someone that isn't constantly looking around to see if someone is looking at us and not approving. I crave being made to feel special.

I'm not voting on this poll because your choices are too limited and kind of "stereotypical".

BTW, is "not feminine" suppose to be the opposite of "girlie"???? Some of the most feminine, sexiest women I've ever met were stone butch!

Not Feminine = Not Feminine. So whatever Feminine means, Not Feminine is the opposite of that. Hope that clears things up :)

I'm not sure if "Girlie" is the right selection. They don't have to be into all the typical things most women are into. I just prefer that she's feminine. I'm feminine as well, though not everything I do or am into (speaking of non-sexual activities there, LOL) is.

Don't worry. Your poll's not that bad. Not that stereotypical either. A lot of lesbians, bisexual-identified women, and other "women who have sex with women (WSW")" fit into the feminine or butch categories. And if they are not those, they are a blend of the two. And considering that you gave us the additional options of "Same as yourself" and "Other," I don't see the huge offense.

I also don't see how a "stone butch" is feminine, unless talking about how that woman's body is of the feminine form, but oh well.

There you go again, dude!

What you don't seem to get is that YOU do not get to decide the accuracy of terms as to what does and does not define a lesbian! I don't care how knowledgeable you want people to THINK you are; the bottom line is you ain't!

I'd had hoped you had learned that the last time you tried to be "Mr. Know Everything About Lesbians" and had not just me but several other dykes telling you to knock it off. Guess not though... You're still talking trash about shit that you know nothing about.

(and yes, I do think you are a guy. Your posts are WAY too similar to those of a certain big mouth misogynistic dude to be anything but the same person)

First off, I'm not a dude.

Second off, you again demonstrate that you don't know what the hell you are talking about. This topic has nothing to do with defining the accuracy of a lesbian. You are only going on and on about that now because I proved you wrong (YES, PROVED YOU WRONG) on how lesbians may be defined. I provided an abundance of sources proving you wrong. And never was there "several other dykes telling [me] to knock it off." There was only you. And the one time there was not just you, there were two other assholes insisting how true lesbians don't watch gay male porn. In spite of the thread I displayed showing lesbians at this site who say they do. Not to mention, the reliable sources I provided showing that lesbians do.

What you still don't seem to get is that you don't get to define what "lesbian" means to other people, no matter how hard you try. First, you say lesbians don't engage in genital-to-genital tribadism, which I proved you wrong on with reliable sources. Then, if that wasn't enough, there later emerged a whole thread on the topic showing a good number of women on this site saying that they (lesbians or bisexuals) engage in this act. That thread is still around, popping up every now and then, and must really burn you...since it is a testament to how idiotic you are. Then, I supported the right of women who occasionally have sex with men calling themselves lesbians. I gave valid reasons, along with reliable sources, for why these women have the right to call themselves lesbians and why the title is actually accurate in their cases. But of course you insisted that you are right, like you always do, no matter how many people and sources tell you that you are wrong.

Now, I rightly tell this poster that there is nothing that bad or offensive about this poll because a lot of lesbians identify as butch or femme, or a combination of the two, or just as themselves, and you make it about defining lesbianism and me not knowing what I'm talking about? Laughable! When are you going to realize that you are the bitch of this board, who almost no one respects, and doesn't take seriously? The bitch who provides nothing but her own mouth to support her arguments and thinks that if she talks down to a person enough, that will make her right? You're pathetic. People not agreeing with you does not make them men or misogynistic. Nothing I have stated on this board has ever been misogynistic. You are either ignorant or have a bad memory, because when it comes to my arguments vs. yours, most people on this board have agreed with me over you. You're obviously bitter about that. A lesbian who thinks she's the voice for all of us. You're not. You've been told so by many people here. Face it already.

Lastly, do what you said you were going to do and ignore my posts. I care not to read posts from, bitter, rude, misinformed lesbians who spread other misinformation out there and don't know the first thing about how to speak to another poster without insulting them.

I find myself typically crushing on girls who are a bit like me (tomboyish). Hope that isn't narcissistic.

First, you say lesbians don't engage in genital-to-genital tribadism, which I proved you wrong on with reliable sources.
umm... not that I disagree with your post in the main, but I think this was me

And let me just say thank you, because you influenced me to overcome a lifetime's worth of prejudice against a wonderful way to have sex. I've been doing it ever since, and wow-- talk about a hundred ways to love your lover! :rose:

whike not tomboyish, i too lean towards those that are more like myself. well kept, clean and one that takes pride in herself.

No, it was Safe_Bet. There's no way I can forget those idiotic claims and the name associated with them. At that time, she claimed it was her deceased wife who also sported the name "Safe_Bet." But I don't believe it was two different posters. The way they post (with condescension and insults) is too similar.

You, Stella, only stated that you felt it is rare. The scissoring position is the position that is most likely rare (except for in porn). But the missionary position is quite common among lesbians and other women who have sex with women.

And let me just say thank you, because you influenced me to overcome a lifetime's worth of prejudice against a wonderful way to have sex. I've been doing it ever since, and wow-- talk about a hundred ways to love your lover! :rose:

You're welcome, Stella. I just thank you and others for being such pleasant posters to talk with, and for not immediately accusing me of being a man back then, just because it was a man who originally brought it up and who was originally attacked by Safe_Bet. Like I stated, since then, a lot of women on this board have stated that they engage in this act. We have a thread on it that was just on Page 1 again not that long ago.

Nope, you're Lustiphobia in disguise.

(you prolly shouldnt use the same phrases so much DUDE! You're giving yourself away)

I wish I was easily able to do this. The vids I see are all 20 somethings and look like they are maybe 110 lbs. besides. I am far from that and just not limber enough to pull that off. Oh and I guess I would need a partner anyway huh?

It's perfect for less-limber ladies. You hug your partner and straddle each other's thigh, and rock on. There are lots of variations of this, and it
s very much about not having any space left between you-- but the porn shows mostly some kind of acrobatics.

In porn, it's all about the camera, so they don't show it that way-- just like they show blow jobs with her face five inches away fom his crotch so the camera can see it all.

Sure I am. I'm just pretending to be a lesbian in every discussion on this board, and, according to a lot of people on here, just happen to know what I'm talking about...even though I'm not a lesbian. Sarcasm. I guess it's only research and asking around that has given me this knowledge.

Get a life. Calling me a man, Lustiphobia or anyone else does not negate the fact that I proved you wrong on every topic I have challenged you on.

I don't give a damn if you think I'm a man. Calling me one is just your attempt to invalidate anything I say about lesbianism. Seriously, I'm pretending to be a woman/lesbian just to spite you? Just to put out misinformation about lesbians? No, I'm not a man. No, I certainly would not be pretending to be a woman just to prove anything to you. And, no, since a lot of other lesbians support me on the things I say, I am quite clearly not putting misinformation about lesbians out there.

Not only do I know I'm a woman/lesbian, others at this site know. I even think Stella saw a picture of me when I was asking her about uploading a profile picture of myself. But of course you'd just claim that I stole the picture. Whatever, I do not care. If I used any phrase that "Lustiphobia" used, hmm, it could be because every damn body uses these same particular phrases. I doubt "Lustiphobia" used any of the same phrases anyway. Just more of you trying to deflect from yourself and make yourself look less silly.

ok you made a believer outta me. Now what about this whole other partnerless thingie I got going on?

Sure you did, DUDE! Especially in the one where you contended that a chick who likes dick "just every now and then" is actally a lesbian ( in contradiction to the freakin definition used by the rest of the known world  )

(BTW, that argument didn't work for EITHER of your Alts, DUDE)

Oh, good grief. There you are on that again, despite the women on here who agreed with me that these women have every right to call themselves lesbians and that they are accurate in doing so when they have very little to no sexual attraction to men. Not to mention, the reliable sources that backed me/them up on this. Should I point you to that thread and the sources I provided again? Enjoying sex is not always about sexual attraction, which is exactly why there are a lot of gay men out there who will tell you that they were able to get a little sexual pleasure out of having sex with their girlfriends or wives before they came out as gay. And like I stated then, not everyone who identifies as gay/lesbian is 100% lacking in sexual attraction to the opposite sex. The definition of "lesbian" among researchers extends to women who occasionally have sex with men but do not identify as bisexual because they have no true romantic/sexual interest in men. Most of these women, by their own admission, only use men for occasional sexual pleasure in the absence of access to a woman. They say that they can never be romantically/sexually happy with men. This is why they define themselves as lesbians, and why a lot of researchers do too.

I see you still need to read up on LGBT topics. The only thing out I outed myself as in our debates is more educated on LGBT topics than you, as I've done yet again.
