If that's the case, then shouldn't men have the right to drop their pants in public and show their wieners? When a woman is standing upright you can't really see her privates, so its a fallacy to suggest that bottomless woman = bottomless man. In the real world topless woman = bottomless man in terms of nudity far more so which means that these states are in fact discriminating against men.

Um, you can't get much more of a major difference than sexual/reproductive/urinary equipment. Hormones and brain chemistry make up what we are. We know for a fact there are fairly significant biological difference between men and women, just as there are between individuals.

We also know the so-called nature vs. nurture debate is hopelessly outdated. Our genetics and our environment are interdependent and continually influence and effect each other.

Individuals are different, men and women are different, and paradoxically we are all very much the same.

Biologically, I am certain there are many ways to tell the difference that do not come to mind at this moment.

Two definite indicators of male/female are the way we grocery shop and drive when it comes to following directions.

When shopping, most women have a prepared list and follow the signs in the isles. They have a precise, perfected method. Men prefer keep the list in their heads and go directly to wherever we think it should be. We are oblivious the isle signs and labels. We think we know exactly what we are doing. By the time we get to the cashier, it then occurs to us we should have grabbed a shopping cart on our way in. Then, of course, if men forget something we blame the grocery store for being disorganized.

When driving, women ask for directions. Men just drive around lost, wasting time and gas, trying to look as if we are totally in control of the situation.
