Scene from a Bond movie? Cat and Canary?

I recently remembered a scene from a movie I saw long ago, which may have been late 60's or early 70's vintage. Possibly a James Bond movie, but may have been an episode of a TV show like The Avengers.

In this scene the villain has captured the leading man and his sexy lady companion. The woman is forced to play a game called The Cat and the Canary. She and another woman, both clad in tight catsuits, chase each other through a maze of identical tunnels trying to shoot each other while the men watch on TV monitors.

Sound familiar? What was that scene from?

It sounds like The Avengers. It's not a James Bond film, unless it's in the original Casino Royale with David Niven, the only one I haven't seen.

The Avengers was notable historically in part for Emma Peel's penchant for wearing fetish clothing like leather catsuits, which is why I say t sounds like that might be it.
