I think that's something you have to work out for yourself. Find your first hook up, go to a gay bar for the first time...it's up to you.
Or do like I did, place yourself in a very 'available' situation, and gay guys will approach you. Some will be assertive, some not.
Try going to a gay bar by yourself. Be available, but ready to say yes or no when the propostions come up. Even go home with a guy, but say no when you're uncomfortable...realizing that saying yes will be a new frontier, and a lot of fun for you both. And saying yes is new, leading to unexplored territory, maybe outside your comfort zone.
It's a journey, and it's all yours. No one can do it for you. It's your dick, your mouth, your ass.
You might find, as I have, that being in bed with a naked man, having his dick in your mouth, or fucking him, is as at least as good as having a woman.
But the first step is up to you.

My gay experiences have all been with guys from the web or at a dark room, so no advice on dropping hints, etc I'm afraid.
If I were in India, however, I can think of two good ways of coaching you: one, we meet up, a good long kissing session, then we both undress each other little by little, then I'd like to massage your body with oil and then maybe you could to the same to me, then a 69, then we'd flip a coin to see who topped who first, and we'd take turns till we're asleep from exhaustion.
But I would prefer: I go to your place having shaved my legs and armpits, I go into the bathroom to change, I put on a bra, panties and a sari, and the moment I open the door, well, you can think of me as your obedient wife, ready to perform my marital duties.

Can't help you pleasing yourself, that you will have to learn on your own...it's fun and nothing is wrong, so don't be afraid to experiment

As for meeting more men....make eye contact and hold it. A nice smile always works for me. A quick glance to his package and back to his eyes, always pings my gaydar. If you are in a gay bar, chances are no guy will be offended if you give a compliment. Don't be too effusive, as coming on too strong can be a turn off for some, but a gentle comment on eyes, or smile, or clothing choice always works.
