Tell us something about yourself

Something about me...

I'm a bit of a nut about spelling, grammar and sentence/paragraph construction. I know it drives some people a bit batty, but it's just the way I'm built, mentally. <Sigh>

I'm a bit of a nut about those things...but seem to have an addiction to ellipses that I can't stop. Perhaps you can moderate an ellipse support group for me.

Me too! Sign me up! I mean... I try... and... I try... but I... just... can't... STOP!

I think you both may need to plan on including a whip in the curriculum of your support group. I've seen some very hard cases of this disease and a 64-step program might not suffice.

Especially given the rather... slow... talking... speed that one could reasonably assume the early steps would have! :D

And also? Whips are just fun.

Sign me up too... Although, It's kind of my online signature. Everyone who knows me....knows I post like this.

I'm a waterfall masochist. I hate walking or hiking but put a waterfall at end of it and I'm there. lol

Ahhhh.....1 month till my birthday. yes!!! =) Turning 21 woot woot. Yes yes I know, I'm a baby lol.

Oh my god, you're my age. Still, happy... Wait, one month left? Well, happy Thursday, until then :D

So, I still find myself using my maiden name ( ;) ) on forms and things, even though I've been married for a while now. Yes, I did take my wife's name when I married. It sounds badass. That, and I really hated my surname anyway.

Actually, screw it: I don't usually double post, even with a delay like there is here, but what the hell. I like this thread, and I do have something to talk about.

We- and I say we because I go to every single one of these things- had another ultrasound today. 21 weeks, and goddamn do my daughters look pretty. I'm not usually one to brag, but I craft a good looking human being. :D

Of course, I can't fail to mention the overall high quality of the oven in which these buns are baking, but I like to think that at least some of the credit goes to me. They are beautiful, indescribably so, and to look upon them makes me so damn happy it's ridiculous.

I know I talk about my kids a lot, but come on, they're adorable. :)

You are just a proud daddy! I always smile at your posts and enjoy reading how much you love your wife and babies. So keep on posting about them! :D

Alright, deal. :) I always worry a little before posting about my family that I might cross that threshold from endearing to interminable, but so long as even one person enjoys reading about them, then what the hell!

And I mean, what else am I going to talk about? The girls are the biggest things going on in my life, right now. :) Proud daddy? Hell yes.

I'm a member of a six piece rock band called Project Freelancer (yes, it's a Red vs Blue thing) and I'm beginning to realize that I'm the only male member of an otherwise all girl band. I'm fine with that :D

We play some original songs, but we also cover Japanese rock songs and anime songs; we just learned to play the Power Rangers theme song, which has a lot of fun guitar riffs in it. Really, we'll just play whatever we think is fun. :)

I rarely share a bed with anyone. I sleep really badly and usually wake up curled up in a ball in the middle of the bed, with my feet on the pillow or to find I have fallen out of bed.

It just got embarressing.

When I retire (hopefully at 56, my current unpenalized retirement date) I'm going to try heroin.

I can walk on my hands :)

That stirs my memory...

I have a dog, his name is Fido,
I have raised him from a pup.
He can stand up on his hind legs
if you hold his front legs up.

Thank you, I'm here all week. Please tip your waitress, but not if she's wearing a dress.
