Why is Constitutional to discriminate against people because of income or wealth? Its time for the Supreme Court to end this discrimination once and for all. There should be a flat tax for everyone of a certain percentage, with very few deductions or credits (especially credits which are just targeted give-aways). The rich would still pay more, but it would not specifically discriminate against them because of their class. The liberal claims to be opposed to "all forms of bigotry and prejudice" yet they are the most bigoted and prejudiced people of all against the groups they target their dislike toward.

Instead of making the taxes even more discriminatory we should make them less discriminatory. Then, as an additional way to raise revenue bring back tariffs on imported goods and components. That would be the real way to solve any real or imagined need for more federal government funds.

I don't know if this is necessarily true. If you included all income - interest, inheritance, cap gains, gifts over $25K and income and you set a floor (earning less than $25K/ yr let's say) it would seem like it would be ok. Then the same goes for businesses - set the whole thing at 15%. I'd like to see the math.

The difficult thing would be for the government to enact any policies where the tax code is used for incentives - But I think I would be just fine with that.
