I'm reminded of this state's multicultural sensitivity training program. In a nutshell its a program operated by blax and faggotz to harass and intimidate whites. And badger and poke and push is what they do inside the classroom.

That's a big load of horse shit. Name any other business that allows racist hate speech as policy. Are the 99% of businesses that do not allow racist hate speech intolerant? I don't think so.
Feel free name any mainstream business that allows blatant racism the way it is allowed here. I have never witnessed a non-White operated business that traffics in blatant racism.

I find it ironic that you can make such a stereotypical statement as "white people tolerate racism." Is that comment itself not made for the sole purpose of dividing society based on color? Why not raise the question, "Why do people allow the brutal torture of others based on religion?" "Why is it acceptable to become impatient with a fellow just because he's old?" "Why does a woman have to dress in a man's suit to be respected in the office?"

What do you want out of this?
Do you want a censorship board to approve people's words? Do you have a list of banned words or concepts? What solution do you propose? If you have some ideas, let's here that instead of your endless whining.
I don't allow racist speech from my employees when they are on the job. It's my business, so I can do that. If an intolerant racist walks through the door, they have to serve him and treat him like any other customer. That is tolerance.
